Introduction to Videoconference Systems

Who Should Attend

This one day course is designed as an introduction to Video Conferencing for those who wish to operate in a technical capacity with video conferencing equipment but have no experience.

The course includes hands on technical sessions with equipment from several manufacturers.

Prerequisites

Attendees should have a basic knowledge of IP networks although support will be given regarding network issues.

Course Objectives

Upon completing this course, the delegate will be able to:

Install and configure a video endpoint
Connect peripherals and operate them during a call
Use SIP registrars and H323 gatekeepers
Configure and make multisite calls
Carry out basic trouble shooting
